Arguably the most influential figure in MMA is Royce Gracie. Royce is considered to be the one to bring Jiu-Jitsu to the world stage by beating opponents much larger than himself in the UFC. His contributions revolutionized modern MMA fighting where modern fighters had to learn how to grapple. I remember first watching Royce back in 1993 when he fought and I couldn't believe my eyes when he submitted his giant opponents. I never thought that such techniques existed. His performances touched millions because he was the underdog, a classic David and Goliath story where the scrawny guys wins!

Nowadays, we use backpacks in our everyday lives, from carrying our laptops to work, serves as our gym bag or even used as a bug out bag for survivalists. Flint / Fire Starter
Probably the most important discovery of man is fire! With fire we are able to cook meat which in turn helped our body better break down the food we ate. And since our bodies became less concerned with breaking down the hard meat and our metabolism improved, our brains the began to grow larger and gave us the level of intelligence we have today. This is all thanks to fire and the ability to cook.
Thanks to the rise survival shows on TV, more and more people are getting drawn in to being outdoorsmen and even more are being bitten by the survival bug. Some even take things to the next level by being preppers.
